I enjoy simplifying complex problems – particularly ones relating to understanding people and communications. I am a historian by training, and am generally curious when it comes to research and asking questions.
When not working, my greatest pleasure is being outdoors, ideally by the water. Nothing clears the mind and helps inspiration like a good walk. I consider myself lucky to have Hackney Marsh on my doorstep and family in the New Forest – two places I love to spend time in.
I enjoy long distance running and ran the 2018 London Marathon with my sister. We raised more than £1,500 for the Royal National Lifeboats Institution. I also like to explore the world on a stand-up paddleboard.
